It has been said that e-cigarettes are the new “evil weed” because they are being used by more young people now and they contain nicotine which entices people to smoke and perhaps get “hooked” on much stronger nicotine tobacco products. This article explores the realities and intense debate arising from the introduction and rapid growth of the e-cigarette. The authors examine the laws that apply, or could apply to e-cigarettes.
